Maya Paunovska (Bulgarian: Мая Пауновска) (born (1988-05-05)5 May 1988) was a Bulgarian group rhythmic gymnast. She represented her nation at international competitions.

She participated at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. She also competed at world championships, including at the 2007 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships.[1]. Maya has won one gold, one silver and two bronze medals at the 2005-2006 FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup series representing Bulgaria. [2]
